What does your company do?
Perfume apotics is one of the main franchises for the sale and distribution of perfumery in Spain, it has more than 80 specialized stores.
In addition to perfumery, in the apothecates of perfumes we are experts in the sale of cosmetics products based on natural active ingredients, home setting, gift baskets...Our catalog is constantly updated with the latest developments to adapt to the needs of our clients
How have you lived in recent months?What have you done to survive the crisis caused by the pandemic?
The franchise sector, despite its undoubted growth in recent years, has not been oblivious to the health and economic crisis generated by COVID-19.However, in this context of uncertainty, from the apothecary of perfumes we have seen how the interest of many people for franchise increased, mainly motivated by the possibility of undertaking a safe and profitable business.
This is due to the adaptation of the business model to the interests of entrepreneurs, a comprehensive and continuous service to the franchise.
As for our stores, we have turned to our customers, adapting the services to the current situation, for example, allowing orders collection through our online store in physical stores or offering through direct contact with the store,Make an order to pick it up later, thus speeding up the purchase process.
