Part of the concept of San Panchito is to highlight the peculiarity of Mexican language, so the names of their cakes refer to the origin of Mexican singer -songwriters;For example, the Chilaquile cake is called Chava Flores, "there is nothing more Chilango than those two," Leyte said.
In addition to their cakes they have a bar, where Oaxaca, craft beer and cocktails serve. They also have breakfast service: chilaquiles, gizzards, rancher eggs, moods and more.
