Sura and Nutresa Grupo Actions in Colombia started the year down

For its part, the Sura group action also registered a strong loss of 4.17%, lowering $ 30,200 to $ 28,940.The Sura group preference action also fell 2.02% to $ 21,800.

It is worth mentioning that, according to data from the Colombian Stock Exchange, this Wednesday, 134 new acceptances were received on the Public Procurement Offer (OPA), of the JGDB Holding company, of the Gilinski Group, on Sura, which is equivalent to 0,71%.

761 acceptations have already been received in total by 3,379,920 shares, that is, 0.72% of the total shares in circulation.

While by Nutresa, today 81 new acceptances were received in the Nuguil OPA, also from the Gilinski group.So far 1,454 sales acceptations have been received by 21,749,112 shares, which is equivalent to 4.75% of the total shares in circulation.The Gilinski group wants to acquire at least 229'455,976 ordinary shares, 50.1%, and, at most, 62.625%.
