Letter from Madrid nurses to the Three Kings: "I don't want Kings, I just ask that they don't mistreat me anymore"
The Three Kings will pass by many homes of nurses, specialist nurses and physiotherapists who this year do not want gifts from their Majesties of the East. What they are asking for is an end to the institutional mistreatment of political leaders in the region.
Their 'gift' from kings would be exchanged for another from the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, of whom they would ask only one wish: “Improve their working and professional conditions and stop underestimating the work they do! ”.
“For years, they explain from SATSE Madrid, we have been suffering from great personal and professional wear and tear since we feel constantly marginalized and ignored by those who govern and direct the Madrid health system. We were only thought of when the Covid and its successive 'Waves' arrived. When the situation, according to politicians, seems on track, it is not that they forget about us, but that they mistreat us and accuse us of not wanting to work or of torpedoing a health policy that many of us do not understand because the main tool for its optimization is dispensed with, the nurse".
Professional stability, it is not that much is asked, that the templates are adjusted to the reality of the care centers (both health centers and hospitals or residences of the AMAS), that the rights of nurses, specialist nurses are recognized and physiotherapists or that working does not become a fight against the inefficiency of a health system that our politicians say is "magnificent and the best in Spain and that we professionals consider very improvable with little effort."
“It is not fair, they explain from SATSE Madrid that, after almost two years of effort and sacrifice, the Community of Madrid dispenses with many of the nurses who have given everything, including their health, and who are now relegated to moving to other regions or abroad to further develop their profession.
“We only ask for the renewal of all contracts, at least until December 2022, since after the 6th Wave will come the 7th, the 8th, etc. and people continue to need our care. Those that we cannot give since we do PCRs, we vaccinate, we follow up on cases, we continue to go to homes, attend to our consultations, etc. and all this with very small and exhausted templates after years of not being able to rest or disconnect”.
Also I downloaded a few flash games that I couldn't find on Flashpoint or Newgrounds but now I need to know how to open SWF files

It is not explainable, above all, because here, in Madrid, there is a lack of nurses, specialist nurses and physiotherapists, since we have the lowest number of these professionals per inhabitant in the entire State and in Europe and, furthermore, they are the ones with the worst remuneration conditions .
They do not understand the reason why many of their rights, such as the Professional Career, have to be fought for and won in the Courts of Justice, one after another, when it is a right recognized by the Administration.
It is not understandable that there are more nurses on a strike day, for example, than on a normal working day, since the Administration says that on that day (the strike) 100% of the workforce must be present while the rest of the days is not necessary. We don't understand it.
Nurses, specialist nurses and physiotherapists do not understand that after being examined by an OPE more than two years ago, the Administration has not completed the process for the simple fact of not offering the necessary means to carry it out. If they do it in Education, what is the reason why it is not resolved in Health? They do not understand it, nor do they understand that the SUAP (Primary Care Emergency Services) are still closed or that other administrative processes such as transfers, the Employment Exchange, the Specialties (always promised and never developed), are still in limbo.
“In short, we do not understand the reason why we are punished, ignored and criticized in the media, making users think that we, the nurses, are the ones who do not want to continue caring for them. It's not that we don't want to. It's just that we can't take it anymore”, they conclude.
