WTI Oil opens at US $74.64 GBP the EC Republic

The price of Texas intermediate oil (WTI) opened Monday with a decrease of 0.76% and stood at $74.64 per barrel. At 9.15 local time (14.15 GMT) on the New York Mercantile exchange (Nymex), WTI's future delivery contracts in February cut $0.57 from the previous closure. Texas oil began its first session of the year with declines after accumulating a revaluation of more than 55% in 2021 thanks to the recovery of demand.
