Fortunately, we have a variety of places and routes for hiking in Querétaro, with wonderful views where you can take a walk and enjoy nature in the company of friends or family.
Hiking is classified as a non-competitive sport and according to your physical condition you can select the route that best suits you.
All these spaces have sanitary measures for access, they are very safe and some of them offer you food and drink options.
We recommend that you bring a raincoat, hiking boots or comfortable tennis shoes, a change of shoes, sunscreen and enough water. We also advise you to bring light snacks to keep you energized.
1. La Beata Natural Park
La Beata is an ecological reserve located just 30 minutes from Querétaro, which has a mixed oak and pine forest where you will find a small lake, as well as two streams that converge in the rainy season.
As part of the activities you can do are bird watching, walking along its beautiful trails, bridges to see the flora and fauna and camping to enjoy the full experience.
Here you will also find two very comfortable areas, equipped for the consumption of food and drinks.
Pets, bicycles and motorcycles are not allowed in this space. The cost of access to the parking lot is $20, access to the park is $30 per adult and $15 for children.

2. Sawdust
Just 45 minutes from the city of Querétaro is El Aserrín, an excellent option to spend a day in nature and do outdoor activities.
The trail lends itself to mountain biking or a gentle walk to its waterfall, barely hidden between the mountains. Later, you can take a break on the shores of the lake.
