Michelin reveals in Gastronoma the selection of chefs that will cook in the presentation of the Michelin gala that will be held in Valencia

This morning Michelin has revealed in Gastronoma some details that make it, if possible, much more attractive in an edition that also returns to the face -to -face format after the pandemic.Starting with the best chefs poster of the Community, which will cook at the gala dinner, which will be held in the Museu de Les Scancies, and that will be captained by Quique Dacosta.All of them will be the best gastronomic reference of the Valencian Community.
To do this, Dacosta has surrounded himself with eight (nine with him) stars that will prepare dinner for the great event.The chosen ones are Ricard Camarena - Ricard Camarena Restaurant (2 Michelin Stars and Green Star), Valencia.Luis Valls - The Poblet (2 Michelin stars), Valencia.Alberto Ferruz-Bonamb (2 Michelin stars), Jávea-Aliante.Kiko Moya-L’Ascalet.Begoña Rodrigo - La Salita (a Michelin star), Valencia.Susi Díaz-La Finca (a Michelin star), Elche-Aliante.Raúl Resino - Rte.Raúl Resino (a Michelin star), Benicarló-Castellón, and Miguel Barrera-Cal Paradis (a Michelin star), Vall d’aba-Castellón.
In the presentation ceremony, Emiliano García, Councilor for Tourism of the Trust of València, who stressed that "Valencia is a gastronomic city that stands out for its creativity" that is based "between the sea and the garden", with agreat proximity product.
