Say goodbye to the wrinkles with these 3 healthy juices

1. Spinach juice
Ingredients:
Wash spinach and liculae along with apple, almonds (you can add another type of dry fruit if you prefer, such as nuts), honey, and water. Wash it all together until you get a homogeneous mix. You can drink this juice fast in the morning, and repeat the process for at least two weeks to notice the effects.
Alpha lipoic acid is one of the nutrients that stands out from this spinach combination, since it helps regulate the functions of the cells of the body and, in addition, restores the antioxidant power of vitamins C and E. Let us not forget that these components are responsible for giving flexibility and freshness to the skin. Another key point of this juice is the pectin of the apple, a fiber that assists in improving digestion, cleaning the colon and clearing the skin.
2. Mooringa juice
Ingredients:
Wash the ingredients and liquidate celery branches, apple (unpeeled, keep skin!), kiwi and orange (keep as much as possible the white part of orange). Beat everything and add the tablespoon of moringa, whether in powder or dried ground leaves, and you have it ready.
You may notice the juice a little thick: if that's your impression, you can add some water to taste. Take this combination for at least one week on fasting and you'll see the results.
Moringa, also known as the tree of life, is a medicinal plant with a high content of vitamins and minerals, in addition to having antioxidant properties. In this way, you will be able to repair the skin and promote collagen production, which favors elasticity and prevents weakness. Other ingredients with optimal skin properties are kiwi and orange, as they have vitamin C and stimulate collagen production.
3. Betabel juice
Ingredients:
Wash the ingredients and cut them to liquorate, along with betabel, orange and peeled cucumber, and bathe it with water. Take this juice a couple of times a day for at least one week and you'll see the results.
Betabel is a tuber that provides betaine, a nutrient that protects cells and helps detoxify the body and improve circulation. This tuber favors the freshness of the skin and the removal of skin stains, as well as alleviating some problems such as acne.
Melon, for its part, contains beta-carotenes, an antioxidant that hydrates and prevents dry skin. Other nutrients that juice brings are vitamin A, vitamin C, and fiber.
