The internet and the public are upset with M&M's or rather, with Mars Wrigley. It turns out that the company changed the image of the M&M's characters to make them more inclusive. But what jumped out the most was that they totally changed the personality of the Green M&M , who was known for being the "sexy" one, which they are criticizing and pointing out as "slut-erasing".
The Green M&M no longer has the characteristic pose of her with one hand on her head and the other on her hip. She also removed the length of her eyelashes and changed the shade of peach on her legs, replacing it with white. However, the biggest transformation of hers is that she had her high heeled boots removed. Goodbye to her iconic go-go boots that represented her, since the intention of the brand was to make her look more “relaxed”.
